My mission is to assist individuals in their journey of self-discovery and faith. I strive to create a calm environment where spiritual growth is prioritized and personal challenges are addressed with compassion. We will focus on integrating faith with practical solutions tailored to your unique situation.

I recognize that both coaching and counseling play significant roles in personal development, yet they serve different purposes. Coaching is future-oriented, focusing on helping individuals to clarify their aspirations, set meaningful goals, and devise actionable plans to achieve those goals. It empowers clients to tap into their potential, build skills, and enhance their overall well-being, guiding them toward fulfilling their aspirations with confidence. 

In contrast, Counseling primarily addresses past experiences and emotional challenges. It provides a safe space for individuals to process their feelings, work through trauma, and engage in healing. Counseling aims to help clients understand the roots of their emotional struggles and develop healthier coping mechanisms, so they can move forward in a positive direction. 

I'm dedicated to walking alongside you, offering both coaching and counseling services tailored to your unique situation. Together, we will embark on a journey that blends professional coaching practices with Christian teachings, leading you towards a more fulfilling and enriched life.

About Me:

I was born on Oct 8, 1982 in Hattiesburg, MS. I am an only child. I graduated Oak Grove high school with honors in 2001. My parents divorced when I was too young to remember. My dad has never been part of my life and my mother raised me. She played piano at 38th Baptist Church for 20+ years as I was growing up. She died in '23 from an overdose of alcohol and sleeping pills. 

I have suffered from Panic Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia since my mid 20's. I began to isolate myself and loose pleasure in doing what I used to enjoy. In my early 30’s, I became so hopeless about life and living that I began to seek professional help. This was the turning point of my life. At age 36, I found a great mental health doctor, and re-dedicated my life to Jesus. I started going back to church, and reading my Bible. Eventually, I went from fighting Panic attacks, depression, and constant discouragement all day (to) feeling gratitude for God, life, healing, provision, protection, potential, and possibility. On my way thru recovery; Scripture became a firm foundation for me and has transformed me from the inside out. I am now (mostly) anxiety-free, and extremely hopeful and optimistic about my future. I know that I can make a Positive difference in the lives of my fellow believers. The Pains and Struggles of my past have prepared me to do this!
